Motor City Cat Club Motor City Cat Club was formed in Oshawa in 1978 by five cat lovers.

Our purpose is to organize cat shows, promote the well-being of all cats in Durham Region, and to educate the public about responsible cat ownership & breeding of pedigreed cats.

Cathy Parish of Mobile Chair Massage will be in attendance both days! This is NOT a massage chair where you sit in a chair and it does all the work. The massages are performed by Cathy!

The Motor City Cat Show is THIS WEEKEND!!

We have over 90 cats entered and over 12 vendors! It is going to be a fun feline spectacular weekend 🙂

Reminder: we can take cash or card at the door for tickets!

No outside pets are allowed in the building. Sorry!

Some vendors may only take cash, so we recommend having some with you!

🏁 THE 85 CAT CHALLENGE IS ON! 🐾

Help us reach 85+ entries for the Motor City Cat Show, and one lucky exhibitor will receive 💲100 OFF their entry fees!

Here’s how it works:
• Once we hit 85 cats entered, one exhibitor will be randomly selected to win
• Club members are not eligible
• Prize will only be awarded if we reach the 85 cat minimum

⏰ Entries are due THIS FRIDAY by 11:59 PM — don’t wait until the last minute!

We’ve had advertisements all over the area! We are hoping for an amazing spectator gate 🥳

The one sign looks better in person 🤣 even in this day and age the cameras do not like to photograph a digital sign.

We also have Facebook ads up and flyers in the area to!

The countdown is on for the show!
Entries are coming in but we could use some more cats 🐈‍⬛

We went and visited the arena today. It was nice and comfy temperature in there even though it was 27 degrees outside.

There is also a splash pad on the property, so bring your bathing suits 🤣

Get ready to race into a purr-fectly thrilling Cat Show experience!

Rev up your engines and zoom into a world of whiskers, speed, and feline flair at the Motor City Cat Show!

📍 Location: Cavan-Monaghan Community Centre, 986 County Rd 10, Millbrook, ON

📅 Dates: June 6 & 7, 2026

🕒 Time:9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (both days)

Join us for a high-octane weekend of feline fun!🐱 Watch cats of all breeds strut their stuff like true champions🛍️ Vendors on site with unique goodies for you and your cat👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Fun for the whole family—no pit stop required!

❌As much as we love all animals, no outside pets are allowed. But there will be plenty of treats & toys to buy so they forgive you when you get home!

Judging is occurring through the day from 9am to 4:30pm with a lunch break around 12-1pm. However, more often than not there is still a ring judging during that time frame!

Save the Date and book those vacation days 🥳

It’s never too early to start thinking about the new year… especially with 2026 just a few weeks away—time to shift gears!

Motor City is proud to rev up the 2026–2027 show season! We want all our feline friends to start their engines for the new year 😉 Mark off June 6 & 7, 2026 on your calendars—this is one date you won’t want to miss!

Same great club with all the usual touches… but we’re taking a new route to a newish venue once again! We’ll be at the Cavan Monaghan Community Centre, the same spot that came through for us when Lindsay couldn’t go ahead. This year we’ve got the dry pad, and hotels will be in Peterborough, which is much closer—no long detours required!

It’s time to start scouting who will be your shiny new ride, polished up and roaring to go for next season!

So buckle up and get ready to start your meowtors on June 6 & 7, 2026—it’s going to be a purr-fect ride! 🏁🐾
