🍸 We are still buzzing after last week’s Chamber Apres at Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar! 🍸

Our gracious hosts set us up in the bar with endless platters of charcuterie, beef tartare, pasta bites, seafood towers, and sweet treats. We heard from Restaurant Director Jiri Duras, then split into groups for cocktail making classes (including tasting sessions), and kitchen visits with esteemed chef James Walt.

Plus, five lucky attendees won signed Araxi cookbooks!

We can’t think of a more perfect way to kick off the 2026-2027 Chamber season, and we’re so grateful to the entire team at Araxi for showcasing their beautiful location, flawless food, moreish drinks, and wonderful team 💫

🍹 We’re starting the 2026-27 Chamber Apres season with a showstopper: Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar🍹

This ‘Behind the Pass’ event will invite guests for a behind-the-scenes look at one of Whistler’s most beloved fine dining restaurants. Small groups will have the opportunity to step behind the kitchen pass for a rare glimpse into the energy, teamwork and craftsmanship that goes into every service, and they’ll watch a live cocktail making demonstration from the pros behind the bar.

It sold out within days, so anyone lucky enough to have a ticket can start counting down to this incredible event (and let us know if you can’t make it!).
