When you go out for a walk or a hike
do you get distracted or stop to really
look at a stone, rock, stick, leaf, feather
or something else belonging to nature?

What do you do?

Did you know that that the stone,
rock or stick may be speaking to
you and asking you to pick it up.

After careful examination perhaps
you are called to take it home.

Sometimes pieces of nature are there
especially for you.

They may encourage,
inspire or give you strength.

Take it home,
when you are finished
using that piece of nature

Return it where you found it
even if its years later,
maybe it just stays with you..

UPDATE!!!!! 21 All Nations Pow Wow TOMORROW at York

The Lion Stadium is all set up with many tents, flooring but if rain is still heavy at 11am we will move indoors to Tait McKenzie Centre at 1 Thompson Road (Field House Gym)

The best parking lot is NorthWest Gate as the Centre is still open to the public, it will be shared washrooms & locker rooms to keep in mind.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow :)
