4-H Alberta Announces Organizational Restructuring

4-H Alberta is implementing a refreshed organizational structure designed to strengthen member services, improve support for volunteers and position the organization for long-term sustainability.

The updated structure will allow 4-H Alberta to place greater focus on member programming, volunteer screening and training, club resources, youth leadership development, regional collaboration and consistent province-wide support.

Throughout this transition, we remain deeply grateful to the staff, leaders and volunteers—past and present—whose dedication has helped shape 4-H Alberta and positively impact generations of young people.

Our commitment remains unchanged: to provide meaningful opportunities for Alberta’s youth to learn, lead, grow and contribute to their communities.
