🎖️130th Annual Review | 130e R***e Annuelle🎖️

On May 16th, we proudly held our 130th Annual Review, marking the culmination of a year of dedication, growth, and achievement. The ceremony gave our cadets the chance to showcase their progress in discipline, leadership, and the practical skills developed throughout the year.

We were honoured to welcome Colonel Martin Gagné, CD, CPA, former Cox’n and now comptroller at Military Personnel Command & Chief of Military Personnel, as our Reviewing Officer. His presence brought added meaning and encouragement to an already memorable day.

As part of the ceremony, our cadets delivered an impressive display of their skills in seamanship, music, and drill. This highlight showcased the breadth of their training and their strong sense of unity.

Families, friends, alumni, and special guests gathered to celebrate their exceptional journey. Congratulations to all cadets, staff, and volunteers on an outstanding year. Here’s to continued excellence ahead!

Le 16 mai, nous avons fièrement tenu notre 130e r***e annuelle, marquant la fin d’une année de dévouement, de progrès et de réussites. La cérémonie a permis à nos cadets de démontrer leurs accomplissements en discipline, leadership et compétences pratiques développées au fil de l’année.

Nous avons eu l’honneur d’accueillir le colonel Martin Gagné, CD, CPA, ancien capitaine d’armes et maintenant Contrôleur au Commandement du personnel militaire et Chef du Personnel Militaire, à titre d’officier de r***e. Sa présence a ajouté une touche inspirante à cette journée mémorable.

Dans le cadre de la cérémonie, nos cadets ont présenté un spectacle impressionnant mettant en valeur leurs habiletés en matelotage, musique et drill. Ce moment fort a souligné l’étendue de leur formation et leur esprit de corps.

Familles, amis, anciens cadets et invités spéciaux se sont réunis pour célébrer leur parcours exceptionnel. Félicitations à tous les cadets, au personnel et aux bénévoles pour cette année remarquable. Continuons à viser l’excellence !

⚓ Battle of the Atlantic Parade | Parade de la Bataille de l’Atlantique ⚓

On May 3rd, our cadets proudly participated in the Battle of the Atlantic Parade, held at the historic Old Port of Montreal. This annual event commemorated the courage and sacrifice of those who served in the longest and most significant battle of the Second World War.

Veterans and members of the Canadian Armed Forces were present to honour the memory of the fallen. Our cadets marched proudly alongside other Sea Cadet units, paying tribute through discipline, respect, and remembrance.

Le 3 mai, nos cadets ont fièrement participé à la Parade de la Bataille de l’Atlantique, tenue au Vieux-Port de Montréal. Cet événement annuel rend hommage au courage et aux sacrifices de ceux qui ont servi lors de la plus longue et l’une des plus marquantes batailles de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Des vétérans ainsi que des membres des Forces armées canadiennes étaient présents pour honorer la mémoire des disparus. Nos cadets ont défilé fièrement aux côtés d'autres unités de cadets de la Marine, dans un esprit de respect et de souvenir.

Merci à tous ceux qui ont contribué à faire de cet événement un moment solennel et empreint de fierté.

Drill Competition! | Competition d'exercice militaire !

On Saturday April 11, our cadets proudly represented our cadet corps at a regional drill competition, showcasing precision, teamwork, and hours of dedicated practice!

We’re proud to announce that our team qualified and secured a position for the provincial championship taking place next month! Their performance reflected discipline, unity, and the spirit of perseverance that defines our unit.

Le samedi 11 avril, nos cadets ont fièrement représenté notre corps de cadets lors d’une compétition régionale d'exercice militaire, mettant de l’avant leur précision, leur esprit d’équipe et des heures de pratique intensive !

Nous sommes fiers d’annoncer que notre équipe s’est qualifiée et a décroché une place pour le championnat provincial qui aura lieu le mois prochain ! Leur prestation a démontré la discipline, l’unité et la persévérance qui caractérisent notre unité.

CPO1 Nada Haouzi, our Cox’n, leads with experience, calm authority, and unwavering commitment.

CPO2 Léa Chan, Training Chief and 2IC, pushes our standards forward and keeps every phase sharp.

CPO2 Haoning Pan, Department Chief, ensures smooth and efficient operations behind the scenes.

CPO2 Cecilia Xu, Phase 1 Chief, guides new cadets through their first steps in the program.

CPO2 Yi Ru Lin, Phase 2 Chief, strengthens the skills and confidence of our developing leaders.

Through her leadership, dedication, and outstanding involvement both within and beyond the cadet program, Nada truly exemplifies what it means to be a Sea Cadet. In addition to her commitment to the corps, she actively participates in several intra- and extracurricular sports teams, including volleyball, baseball, ultimate frisbee, and flag football. She is also involved in her school’s Debate Club, Model United Nations Club, and Mock Trial teams, demonstrating exceptional teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Nada’s strong commitment to volunteerism and community involvement further reflects her character and dedication to helping others. She is a remarkable role model and the perfect representative of the Sea Cadet Program.

Grâce à son leadership, à son dévouement et à son engagement exceptionnel tant au sein du programme des cadets qu’au-delà, Nada incarne véritablement l’esprit des Cadets de la Marine. En plus de son engagement au sein du corps, elle participe activement à plusieurs équipes sportives scolaires et extrascolaires, notamment en volleyball, en baseball, en ultimate frisbee et en flag football. Elle est également impliquée dans le club de débat, le club des Nations Unies simulées et les équipes de procès simulés de son école, faisant preuve de compétences exceptionnelles en matière de travail d’équipe, de communication et de leadership.

Le fort engagement de Nada dans le bénévolat et la vie communautaire reflète encore davantage sa personnalité et son dévouement à aider les autres. Elle est un modèle remarquable et la représentante parfaite du programme des Cadets de la Marine.

On April 25, 2026, over 1,500 cadets from Greater Montréal came together for a full day of discovery, hands‑on demos, and career exploration with the Canadian Armed Forces, first responder services, and CAF support teams. A packed day of learning, action, and inspiration for tomorrow’s leaders.

Le 25 avril 2026, plus de 1 500 cadets de la grande région de Montréal se sont réunis pour une journée complète de découvertes, d’ateliers interactifs et d’exploration de carrières avec les Forces armées canadiennes, les services de premiers répondants et les services de soutien des FAC. Commanding Officer’s Parade | Parade du commandant

On April 12, our cadets took part in the final Commanding Officer’s Parade before our 130th Annual Ceremonial Review.

This parade was an important opportunity for cadets to demonstrate their progress in drill, dress, conduct, and teamwork as they continue preparing for the end of the training year. During the parade, new members also took part in their Pledge, officially welcoming them into the Victory family.

Bravo Zulu to all cadets for their effort and commitment as we get closer to this important milestone for RCSCC 06 Victory.

Cette parade a été une occasion importante pour les cadets de démontrer leurs progrès en exercice militaire, en tenue, en comportement et en travail d’équipe alors qu’ils poursuivent leur préparation pour la fin de l’année d’instruction. Lors de la parade, de nouveaux membres ont également fait leur promesse des cadets, les accueillant officiellement dans la famille Victory.

Wintersail 2026!

From March 13–27, three of our cadets, CPO2 Lin, PO1 Xia‑Wong, and PO2 Zhan, travelled to Victoria, BC to take part in the Cadet Sail Instructor Force Generation (CSIFGI).

Over two weeks, they strengthened their sailing levels, refined their existing skills, and pushed their development to the next stage.

The experience and skills they gained will help prepare them to teach at Nautical Sites and Cadet Training Centres.

A fantastic opportunity to grow, learn, and represent our cadet corps with pride!

Du 13 au 27 mars, trois de nos cadets, le Pm2 Lin, le M1 Xia‑Wong et le M2 Zhan, ont pris la direction de Victoria, C.-B., pour participer au programme « Cadet Sail Instructor Force Generation (CSIFGI) ».

Pendant deux semaines, elles ont amélioré leurs niveaux de voile, perfectionné leurs compétences et poursuivi leur développement.

L’expérience et les compétences acquises les prépareront à enseigner dans les Sites nautiques et les Centres d’entraînement des cadets.

Une belle occasion pour elles d’apprendre, de progresser et de représenter fièrement notre corps de cadets!

2026 Provincial Biathlon Championship | Championnat Provincial de Biathlon 2026

On March 21, our biathlete cadets delivered an outstanding performance at the provincial championship, showing remarkable grit, focus, and teamwork. From showcasing impressive marksmanship to maintaining composure under pressure, they truly rose to the challenge. We’re also proud of the 3 cadets who served as officials, helping ensure the event ran smoothly.

A special thank you to our head coach, Lt(N) Uddin, A, and assistant coaches, A/SLt Yong, VOL Budiman & VOL Chowdhury for their dedication and guidance. We’re thrilled to share that A/Slt Yong was selected as one of the coaches for the Montreal region, while Lt(N) Uddin earned a significant staff position at the provincial championship. Their leadership and dedication stood out at the highest level, & we couldn’t be prouder!

🥇 We are delighted to recognize PO1 Yang’s remarkable accomplishment of earning the gold medal in the open senior category!

Le 21 mars, nos cadets biathlètes ont offert une performance exceptionnelle lors du championnat provincial, démontrant une détermination remarquable, une concentration exemplaire et un esprit d’équipe solide. Qu’il s’agisse de leur précision au tir ou de leur calme sous pression, ils ont véritablement relevé le défi. Nous sommes également fiers des trois cadets qui ont agi comme officiels, contribuant au bon déroulement de l’événement.

Un merci tout particulier à notre entraîneur‑chef, le Ltv Uddin, ainsi qu’aux entraîneurs adjoints, l’Ens 2 Yong, BÉN Budiman et BÉN Chowdhury, pour leur dévouement et leur encadrement. Nous sommes ravis d’annoncer que l’Ens 2 Yong a été sélectionné comme l’un des entraîneurs pour la région de Montréal, tandis que le Ltv Uddin a obtenu un poste de personnel significatif lors du championnat provincial. Leur leadership et leur engagement se sont démarqués au plus haut niveau et nous en sommes vraiment fiers!

🥇 Nous sommes ravis de souligner l’exploit remarquable du M1 Yang, qui a remporté la médaille d’or dans la catégorie senior ouvert!
