🌊 Ever wondered about foiling? Our summer Learn to Foil Camp registration is open!
🌊 Foiling is a relatively new, exciting, and challenging form of sailing that rewards an athlete’s precision, perseverance, and physique, with sailing speeds that can double or triple the wind speed.
🌊 Foiling flights commonly happen in as little as 8–10 knots of wind, giving sailors the sensation of flying above the water. Through a combination of interactive on-land and on-water learning, delivered by CANSail-certified instructors, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of foiling across three major craft types: Waszp, Windsurf Foiling (iQ FOiL), and Wing Foiling.
🌊 To practice these skills, we’ll primarily focus on board foiling modalities (Wing & Windsurf foiling), as we can get participants flying even with little to no wind.
Waszp will be introduced if conditions allow.
