Elevate 2 Educate

Elevate 2 Educate Nonprofit Hiking Community Inspired by Sir Darren Jacklin (ROC) to support LY2NK Foundation's LY2NK Leadership Academy.

This movement is about bringing people together. Elevating their health, inspiring others, and raise funds to grow our LY2NK Leadership Academy Schools. Lack of resources and education makes life so much more difficult for children in Africa. LY2NK Leadership Academy provides free education, protection and resources to all their students. We may not be able to fix all the problems in the world but we are taking measurable steps in the right direction and changing the world one step at a time.

Resting does not mean you’re giving up.

It means you’re gearing up.

Hiking, like life, isn’t always about pushing through every obstacle without pause.

It’s about recognizing when to rest, recalibrate, and prepare for the next stretch of the journey.

Each step forward, no matter how small, gets you closer to your summit.

Remember, it’s okay to pause along the way.

That’s where you’ll find the best views, the deepest reflections, and the strength to keep going.

Whether you’re on a trail or in life, take the time to recharge—because what’s waiting ahead is always worth it.

Let’s keep hiking towards greater heights!

In today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world, many of us are spending more time indoors than ever before, disconnected from the natural environment that once nurtured our ancestors.

This phenomenon, often referred to as Nature Deficit Disorder, isn’t a medical diagnosis but a growing concern with real consequences.

Studies show that lack of time in nature can contribute to increased stress, anxiety, and even physical health issues like obesity.

For children, in particular, the effects can be profound—limiting their creativity, focus, and emotional well-being.

But the solution is simple:

Get Outside.

Whether it’s a walk in the park, a hike through the mountains, or just time in your garden, reconnecting with nature can bring powerful benefits for mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical health.

🌲 Benefits of Time in Nature:

• Reduces stress and anxiety
• Boosts mood and happiness
• Improves attention span and cognitive function
• Promotes physical health and fitness
• Deepens connection with the world around us

Let’s prioritize outdoor time, for ourselves and the next generation.

🌎 Take that hike, stroll through the forest, or simply pause to breathe in the fresh air.

Nature is waiting to nurture you back. 💚

🌲 Nature Deficit Disorder: The Hidden Cost of a Disconnected World 🌲

In today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world, many people, especially children, are spending less time outdoors, leading to what experts call Nature Deficit Disorder.

It’s not a medical diagnosis but a term used to describe the growing gap between humans and nature.

This disconnect can lead to mental health challenges, reduced physical activity, and a lack of connection with our natural environment.

At Elevate 2 Educate (E2E) Take A Hike Build A School, we’re committed to reversing this trend by bringing people back into nature.

Our hiking fundraisers not only support building schools for children in need, but they also serve as a powerful way to reconnect people with the outdoors, promoting mental wellness, physical health, and environmental awareness.

Every step we take on the trail is a step towards a better future.

By joining us, you’re not only helping to build schools in impoverished areas but also creating opportunities for individuals to experience the healing and transformative power of nature.

Let’s take action today to close the gap.

Together, we can make a lasting impact on the next generation and empower communities around the world.
