Kiwanis Towers, in North Vancouver’s Lower Lonsdale, is more than a building; it’s a home where residents enjoy connection and community.

Built in 1970 and recently renovated, the twelve-storey building offers studios and one-bedroom suites, each with a balcony and views of the Harbour, Lions Gate Bridge, and surrounding mountains. Shared spaces like the dining room, games room, library, and outdoor patios provide places for residents to gather and spend time together.

The four buildings, constructed from durable and climate-conscious materials, surround a central garden where residents can grow plants, gather, and enjoy outdoor space together.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the buildings feature energy-efficient windows, lighting, and water fixtures, extra insulation and ventilation systems that reduce energy use while making homes comfortable and welcoming for all.
