Niagara Health is proud to partner with the Alzheimer Society Niagara Region and Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation through the DREAM program - placing trained dementia resource consultants right in our EDs to support patients and families when they need it most.

Together, we’re helping older adults avoid unnecessary hospital stays and connecting them to care in the community.
