It's definitely not cold enough yet, but DAMN did it feel amazing to be back in the water!!

Amy joined me today!! 💙 The water is honestly the PERFECT temperature for beginners right now! For us seasoned dippers, it's basically bath water! 🤣🤣

Amy and I spent a solid 10 minutes in the water today, and I already can't wait to get back in!!

📍 NEXT SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25TH!
⏰ Meeting at 6:00 PM
🥶 Dipping at 6:15 PM

❄️🧊 THROWBACKKKK 🧊❄️

Okay but why am I actually missing the winter months SOOOO much right now?! 😭😂

I NEED THE CANAL.
I need the ice.
I need that “what the actual f**k am I doing?” feeling right before getting in. 🤣🥶

There is just something about standing outside in the freezing cold, breaking through that mental barrier and getting into ICE COLD water that makes me feel ALIVE. 💙

Summer dips are nice and all… but they just don’t hit the same. 😭

Bring me back to frozen eyelashes, numb toes and questioning every life decision while still somehow LOVING every second of it. 🤣🧊

Who else is ready for ICE DIP SEASON?! 👀❄️

Ill be Volunteering!

🧟‍♂️ THE 15TH ANNUAL WELLAND ZOMBIE WALK IS COMING! 🧟‍♀️

Saturday, October 3rd, 2026

We’re getting ready for another night of zombies, costumes, chaos and family- friendly, freaky fun in downtown Welland — but we need some help from our community to make it happen.

🧟 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We’re looking for volunteers to help with the walk and make sure everything runs safely and smoothly. From helping with pedestrian crossings and route guidance to assisting with keeping things organized, there are plenty of ways to get involved.

💀 LOCAL BUSINESS SPONSORS WANTED

We’re also looking for local businesses interested in supporting this year’s event. Sponsorships and donations help us cover event costs and provide prizes for our costume contests.

Whether you can volunteer your time, donate a prize, sponsor the event, or simply want to find out more, we’d love to hear from you.

📧 Shoot me an email at [email protected] for more info on how you can get involved!

Help us make the 15th Annual Welland Zombie Walk another great night for the community!

🧟‍♀️ Come be part of the undead. Stay tuned for more event details coming in the next few weeks!

THIS VIDEO MAKES MY HEART SO FULL 😭💙🧊

What a freaking day!!! From washing cars, holding signs, vendors set up, people stopping by, laughs, chaos, the ice tub, and SO many amazing people coming together for one reason… to give back. ❤️

Our Cleanin’ for a Reason Charity Car Wash may be over, but I seriously cannot stop thinking about how much fun we had and how much love was packed into that parking lot.

To every single volunteer who scrubbed cars, waved signs, helped set up, cleaned up, ran around all day and did whatever needed to be done… THANK YOU. 🥹

To our vendors, sponsors, supporters and everyone who pulled in for a wash, bought something, donated, shared our posts or just stopped by to support us — YOU helped make this happen.

We filled the donation bin for Beyond the Streets and raised even more toward our 2nd Annual LOVEly Day to Dip Polar Plunge — February 14th, 2027! 🧊❤️

This is exactly why I do what I do.

All Heart. All Community.
And ALWAYS… Freezin’ for a Reason. 🥶❤️
