Okay but why am I actually missing the winter months SOOOO much right now?! 😭😂

I NEED THE CANAL.
I need the ice.
I need that “what the actual f**k am I doing?” feeling right before getting in. 🤣🥶

There is just something about standing outside in the freezing cold, breaking through that mental barrier and getting into ICE COLD water that makes me feel ALIVE. 💙

Summer dips are nice and all… but they just don’t hit the same. 😭

Bring me back to frozen eyelashes, numb toes and questioning every life decision while still somehow LOVING every second of it. 🤣🧊

🧟‍♂️ THE 15TH ANNUAL WELLAND ZOMBIE WALK IS COMING! 🧟‍♀️

Saturday, October 3rd, 2026

We’re getting ready for another night of zombies, costumes, chaos and family- friendly, freaky fun in downtown Welland — but we need some help from our community to make it happen.

🧟 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We’re looking for volunteers to help with the walk and make sure everything runs safely and smoothly. From helping with pedestrian crossings and route guidance to assisting with keeping things organized, there are plenty of ways to get involved.

💀 LOCAL BUSINESS SPONSORS WANTED

We’re also looking for local businesses interested in supporting this year’s event. Sponsorships and donations help us cover event costs and provide prizes for our costume contests.

Whether you can volunteer your time, donate a prize, sponsor the event, or simply want to find out more, we’d love to hear from you.

THIS VIDEO MAKES MY HEART SO FULL 😭💙🧊

What a freaking day!!! From washing cars, holding signs, vendors set up, people stopping by, laughs, chaos, the ice tub, and SO many amazing people coming together for one reason… to give back. ❤️

Our Cleanin’ for a Reason Charity Car Wash may be over, but I seriously cannot stop thinking about how much fun we had and how much love was packed into that parking lot.

To every single volunteer who scrubbed cars, waved signs, helped set up, cleaned up, ran around all day and did whatever needed to be done… THANK YOU. 🥹

To our vendors, sponsors, supporters and everyone who pulled in for a wash, bought something, donated, shared our posts or just stopped by to support us — YOU helped make this happen.

We filled the donation bin for Beyond the Streets and raised even more toward our 2nd Annual LOVEly Day to Dip Polar Plunge — February 14th, 2027! 🧊❤️

This is exactly why I do what I do.

YESTERDAY WAS A SUCCESS!!! 🥹💙🧊🚗

What. A. DAY. ( Ill be going through all the pictures and videos to make another post, if you have pictures from yesterday or videos please send them my way!!

We had vendors, a bake sale, 50/50, raffles, the ice tub, our Mr. Freezin’ for a Reason… and of course the whole reason we were there — our Cleanin’ for a Reason Car Wash!! 🚗🧽💦

Was it as busy as I hoped? Nope. BUT DID WE STILL MAKE A KILLING?! HELL YES WE DID!!! 🙌🔥 And even better… we filled the ENTIRE donation bin for Beyond the Streets!!! 🥹❤️

That alone makes my heart so damn happy.
We laughed, we worked our asses off, we got soaked, we had an absolute BLAST… and today I am SORE ASF 😂 but I would do it all over again because it was 100% worth it.

But NONE of yesterday would have been possible without my incredible volunteers. I seriously cannot put into words how thankful I am for every single one of you. You all did MORE than I ever expected, jumped in wherever you were needed, worked your butts off and helped make this day what it was.

Gabriella, Lucas, Meagan, Felisha, Amy + her family, Bella, Chloe, Keegan, Neaveah, MacKenzie, Destiny-Starr, Whitney, Brandon & Gary — THANK YOU from the absolute bottom of my heart. ❤️

I could NOT have done this without you guys. Seriously. LOVEly Day to Dip has some pretty damn amazing people behind it. 🧊💙

Unfortunately, life happens 😭 and a lot of the volunteers I originally had lined up for Saturday can no longer make it. Between work, health issues, and 3 people getting into accidents and obviously being out of commission, I’m suddenly VERY short on helpers!

So I’m putting out a big call for VOLUNTEERS for our Cleanin’ for a Reason Charity Car Wash this Saturday! 🫧🚗💦

📍 Faith Fellowship Church – 380 South Pelham Rd, Welland
📅 Saturday, August 15th
⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

I need help with things like:
🚗 Directing traffic
📣 Holding signs
🧽 Washing cars
💦 Helping wherever needed!

You absolutely DO NOT have to stay all day! Even if you can give me a couple of hours, I would be SOOO grateful. Every extra set of hands helps! ❤️

🎓 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS — I can also sign off on volunteer/community service hours for you! So if you still need hours for school, come spend a few hours helping us out!

Andddd I’m not letting my volunteers work hungry 😂
🍕 Lunch will be provided!
💧 We also have LOTS of water to keep everyone hydrated throughout the day!
