INSTRUCTOR- Jon Gevelinger !!!!!!!

This clinic is being organized by a couple mamma’s who want to provide as much opportunities to our youth as possible !! It will be very busy 3 days but casual!! The spots are limited to ensure each youth gets the time with the mentors.

Application questions are required to be answered by the youth interested in the 3 days hands in and auditing spots.

JUNIORS- Take your time on these questions and sell yourself as to why you want to attend the clinic!!

If you want to sign up for the 3 HOUR info clinic only, please use the same form but skip all the questions!

Successful youth accepted into the clinic will hear by Aug 1. Half of the payment is required once accepted.
