Learn about International Students in Waterloo Region!

The 2025 Waterloo Region International Student Survey Report is now available!

Earlier this year, more than 500 international students in Waterloo Region shared their experiences and ideas for improving life and settlement in the region. This survey was conducted as part of ongoing community efforts to understand where change is needed and take positive action.
We invite you to read the report and take part in an upcoming conversation about what comes next.

This study was done in partnership between the Immigration Partnership and the International Migration Research Centre. We want to send a big thank you to our post-secondary partners University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University, Conestoga College, and the Town and Gown Committee for their support.
