Recruiting Women for an online anonymous Research Study!
Have you experienced pressure to be less feminine or more masculine? Researchers at the University of Waterloo want to know about your experience for a new research study. We are interested in hearing from any women, particularly those who have experienced being pressured by others to be less feminine or more masculine. To participate you must be a woman (including cisgender women, transgender women and nonbinary women), over 18 years old, have internet access, and be comfortable reading and writing in English.
Those who participate will be asked a range of demographic questions as well as open-ended questions relating to their experiences of this “gender pressure,” masculinity, femininity, and gender role beliefs, gender expression and gender discrimination.
Participation takes 45-60 minutes. In appreciation of your time, you will be given the option to be entered into a prize draw for 1 of 4 $100 CAD gift cards.
