🌸 Thank You, WBWBA Community 🌸
As we bring the Wasaga Beach Women’s Business Association to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the legacy we’ve created together. Over the years, WBWBA has been more than an association — it has been a place for women to connect, share ideas, grow their businesses, and lift one another up. While our chapter is ending, the friendships, collaborations, and successes that began here will continue. Each of you has contributed to making WBWBA a space of encouragement and inspiration, and that spirit will carry forward into our community in new ways.
The Executive Board of the Wasaga Beach Women’s Business Association (WBWBA) carefully reviewed the future of the Association. Due to the resignation of multiple board members, lack of member participation, and the increasing strain on the remaining Executive, it became evident that the responsibilities required to continue operations were beyond what the current leadership was able and willing to sustain.
As a result, the Executive Board formally proposed the dissolution of the Wasaga Beach Women’s Business Association as per Article 15, 15.1 WBWBA Bylaws. In accordance with our obligations to our membership, this matter was decided by a vote of the members (Article 15, 15.1).
From the entire Executive Board — thank you for your support, dedication, and heart. We are proud of what we’ve built together and grateful for the journey we’ve shared. 💜
