💪 Coach Gabby was out with our teams today, kicking off our summer off-ice program! 💪

We’re focusing on building strong foundations in posture, strength, flexibility, and cardio — the essential building blocks that will take our teams to the next level when we hit the ice again.
Success in synchronized skating isn’t just built on the ice — a huge part of it happens during the off-season. Our athletes are putting in the work now so they can skate faster, cleaner, and stronger next season! 🔥
