In case you were wondering- there were 2 serious medical calls within Warman today, very unusual to have STARS land inside Warman City limits- let alone twice in a day having us land them on a residential street. This is not common at all, but great to have their help! City of Warman

Updates to today’s calls for clarity and transparency. Foremost our thoughts and prayers for all the families involved. The 2 vehicle t-bone collision involved 8 people, 2 transported from one vehicle with non life threatening injuries, 2 from other vehicle with serious and life threatening injuries- one via STARS. Second was an ATV rollover with serious life threatening injuries to the lone operator. All being investigated by RCMP. No further details will be released. Stock photo not from today. Be advised we have responded to a serious vehicle collision where Centennial Blvd., meets Highway 305. The highway will be closed for a few hours for RCMP reconstruction. One patient flown via STARS and one via road ambulance to hospital others with injuries treated on scene.City of Warman

Our Firefighters were out with our technical rescue team last night practicing using unconventional artificial high directionals. Yes we have a ladder truck, however what happens when the ladder truck cannot access the scene? Special thanks to KH Developments for the use of their rock trucks for the evening.

We can now confirm on the afternoon of July 2nd, 2026 we were called out to Clarksboro Ferry after a member of the public reported a body potentially in the river. Rescue 13, Command 16 and Brush 14 responded with 4 Rescue Technicians and 4 Firefighters. Working with the Saskatchewan RCMP, North Corman Park Police, Medavie West and the Saskatchewan Coroner's Service, two of our rescue technicians entered the South Saskatchewan River and recovered a body. Our thoughts are with the victims family as the police continue their investigation.

Attention City of Warman residents. Warman is hosting a Multi-Jurisdictional Search Exercise (MJSE) training weekend here, so you may see lots of Search and Rescue folks in orange from across Saskatchewan in the community, and more police/fire presence than normal. There is NO EMERGENCY or danger. All will be wearing ID, none will enter yards or homes without permission- but may pass out information in some south side neighbourhoods at your doorstep. We are simulating a response to a tornado for training as part of the SARVAC HWF national response program. Take care.
