In our final week of UNBOXED, we bring everything together by asking: What should we keep in our hearts?

Throughout this series, we've looked inside our hearts, unpacked what we found, and learned to sort through the things that shape who we are. Now it's time to decide what's important to hold on to.

Philippians 4:8 gives us a practical filter for our thoughts. Instead of filling our hearts and minds with things that pull us away from God, we can choose to focus on what is true, right, pure, lovely, and worthy of praise.

We can't always control the situations we encounter, but we can learn to choose what we focus on and what we allow to shape our hearts.

The goal is to understand that following Jesus isn't just about getting rid of the bad stuff. It's also about holding on to the good things God wants to use to grow in us.

Our hearts can be a lot like a junk drawer! Thoughts, feelings, anger, jealousy, and the things that happen to us can all pile up inside. But what do we do with all that stuff? This week at Thrive, we’re learning how to KEEP IT, FIX IT, or DROP IT! We’ll discover what belongs in our hearts, what we need to make right, and what we need to let go of. The best part? We don’t have to carry the heavy stuff on our own — we can put it in Jesus’ hands! 🙌
