HOW TO REGISTER
Option One

Download the pdf registration form at https://u-turnministries.ca/camp-u-turn. Print, fill out all fields, scan or take a picture and email to: [email protected]. E--transfer applicable registration fee to: [email protected]. For online registration: Your registration will be confirmed via email, after U-Turn has received your form and registration fee.

Option Two

Call First Baptist Church at 519.627.6414 or Knox Church at 519.627.4367 to register over the phone. E-transfer registration fee to: [email protected]

Option 3

Drop in to First Baptist Church or Knox Church to fill out your registration form and to drop of your registration fee.

**** Your registration will be secured when U-Turn has revieved your completed form and registration.

HERE WE GO! U-Turn is thrilled to offer Camp U-Turn in the communities of Wallaceburg and Dresden. We are pleased to announce that registration costs have remained the same (1 Child - $45.00 2 Children - $80.00 3 Children - $105.00) for a sixth consecutive year due to the generosity of our partner base and the faithfulness of God! Registration opens tomorrow , May 11th at 9AM. We look forward to another amazing summer.
