Community, Creativity, and Culture Unleashed!

MORE WEIRD, MORE ACCEPTANCE, MORE FUNNY FACES & NOISES!!!

Thank you, Sonic Springs community, for laughing with (and sometimes at 🥲) us! 🤡

Some of you have now met your inner clown and given them a name --- Remember to allow your clown to come out sometimes & to be seen without shame! They are a beautiful part of you. ❤️

It was an honour to bring this practice & play to the fifth edition! ✨️ To many, many more!!!

HELLO, LOVELY HUMANS!!!!

We were about to touch our spaceship gently back down to Earth after a fantastic journey with ANATHA FEST this past weekend -- by the way, THANK YOU to each of you who came to play, create, and connect with us. 💝

ANNNND, we're grateful to this wild and wacky life that gives us the chance to actually live out the theme for this year's Sonic Springs Music, Arts & Wellness Festival ! (Life is a Festival!)

🛸 So... back to the cosmos, we go!!

🤡 We believe that the clown has a lot to teach each of us, & none better than our own inner clown - if you see us on Saturday or Sunday, why not let that part of you come out to play? 😏🤸🤪

🪢 Join us Saturday evening by the Luna stage for a surprise intimate, ritualistic experience 👀🌛🌌

✨️ SO LOOKING FORWARD to BEING FANTASTICALLY RIDICULOUS WITH YOU SOOOOOON ✨️

*DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME. WE ARE TRAINED PROFESSIONALS*

We're back in Ontario 🍁 and these summer storms have us reminiscing about the rains in the mountains of Costa Rica.
. & yeah. Fire has been a fantastic teacher to us in stage presence, but also about how to respond to heated situations in life.

Biggest takeaway? When you think you need to do more, to go faster, or to prove something: that's when you're most likely to get hurt. That's when slowing down and connecting with the moment & the elements around you is most potent.

You don't have to do more to be felt, seen, and understood. Sometimes, less really is more. 🔥
