Sunday, March 08, 2026 Standard Time returns to Daylight Savings Time at 2:00 am.

The Wabana Volunteer Fire Department would like to remind everyone that as you change your clocks this weekend, test the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms, and change them if needed. Some newer smoke and carbon monoxide alarms have sealed, 10-year batteries that do not need to be replaced. Protect yourself and your family from fire and carbon monoxide dangers in your home. Working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms will alert you and your family and give you time to escape an emergency.
