Vulcan & District Ag Society Arena Rental Details - PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS! The arena is ready to be used!

Requirements to be able to rent the arena (individuals and/or small groups of participants)
1. All participants MUST fill out the following waivers (all waivers are attached as images to this post):
a. Mandatory Helmet Waiver
b. Acknowledgement of Risk and Release of Liability Waiver
i. Over the Age of Majority
ii. Under the Age of Majority
Once filled out, please send a copy and/or picture of each form to us via Facebook Messenger.

2. All participants MUST have their own valid Alberta Equestrian Federation Membership. https://albertaequestrian.com/

3. All participants MUST have a Vulcan Riding Club Membership
- Please visit their page and fill out the google form

Requirements to be able to rent the arena (large groups of participants
*Please contact us directly for more information.

Rental Rates
1. Daily Arena Rental Fee: $250.00
(plus GST = $262.50)
2. Hourly Arena Rental Fee (Arena & Equipment): $50.00/hour
(plus GST = $52.50)
3. Hourly Arena Rental Fee (Arena Only): $25.00/hour
(plus GST = $26.25)

Using the Arena
1. Contact Charlotte Fisher via 403 809 5151 (call or text).
She will need the following information:
a. Names of all participants
b. Date, time and duration of arena rental
c. Payment type
(cash or e-transfer to [email protected])
d. She will confirm that all participants have fill out the waivers and have valid AEF and VRC memberships.
She will reply as soon as possible, letting you know if the arena is available or booked and will send you the code for the gate.
*Please lock the gate behind you when you pull into the grounds and lock it when you leave.

Hello everybody!
The Vulcan Ag Society has a casino coming up April 15 & 16 and is looking for volunteers. If you're interested in helping out please follow the link below to the jotform to see what shifts are available. Any help is greatly appreciated, casinos can bring in upwards of $35000 for the group. These proceeds will help the Ag Society continue to better the grounds, purchase equipment and help the community. Send us a message with any questions!

👋 Hello everyone!
We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season.
Our AGM will be held on Wednesday, January 14, at the Vulcan Town Office, starting at 7:00 PM.
Please help us spread the word to anyone who may be interested in getting involved — we’d love to see some new faces!
