Winner of Voices in Motion's inaugural Choir Cup Championship - Andrea! At our end of season potluck, choristers reunited at First Memorial Chapel (thanks to our venue sponsor). Choristers caught up with one another, played games, and ate a lot of delicious food!

Music Director Annika had the challenge of running a half marathon to raise funds for the choir, and she had a wonderful time doing so. Together, we raised $3,372 thanks to the generosity of our choristers and their friends and family members.

"This race felt like my best one yet, because every step was for a cause I deeply believe in. Thank you so much for all your support to help me get to this point" - Annika

On May 31, our choristers teamed up to fundraise for this year’s IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer, which supports the Alzheimer Society of BC and Yukon. Through their combined efforts, they managed to fundraise over $4,800, the second highest amount raised by a team in Victoria.

We are all very proud of our choristers, supporters, donors, and everyone who cheered them on.

This would not have been possible without chorister/composer/caregiver Margot who organized the run and supporter Jill who was able to get custom t-shirts made and donated to the group so they could represent the choir.
