We led the first "Dancing Your Feelings" class today and it was so much fun.

Here's a student review:

"At first, I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this class, but I ended up leaving with a meaningful lesson about myself. I realized that there are certain emotions I automatically tend to express in a very quiet, contained, or repressed way.

Being in this space, where Treena creates a safe and welcoming environment for emotions to be expressed freely, helped me notice how rarely I allow myself to do that. The experience felt therapeutic, fun, and unexpectedly powerful.

I’m taking with me a valuable tool to keep learning how to accept, connect with, and express my emotions more freely in safe spaces. I left feeling lighter, more open, and a little more liberated than when I arrived."
