Mabuhay ang Araw ng Kalayaan! ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

Today, the Victoria Filipino Canadian Caregivers, Migrant Workers & TFWs Association (VFCCA) joins Filipinos across the globe in commemorating the Anniversary of Philippine Independenceโ€”a day that honors the bravery, sacrifices, and enduring spirit of our ancestors who fought for our nationโ€™s freedom.

As caregivers and proud Filipino, we carry this legacy of courage, resilience, and compassion with us in everything we do. Our journey abroad may be far from the homeland, but our hearts remain deeply rooted in our culture, values, and heritage.

This Independence Day, we celebrate not only our countryโ€™s freedom, but also the strength and solidarity of every Filipino caregiver who uplifts families, communities, and generations both in Canada and in the Philippines.

Let us continue to embody the true spirit of bayanihanโ€”supporting one another with love, pride, and unity.

Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan sa ating lahat!
Long live the Philippines!
