Directed tickets ($198.32 after fees) opened today at 2 PM. Check your email or your spam folder for your directed ticket code.

Please purchase your directed ticket in the first week of May.

General Sale opens on Saturday, May 6th, at 2 PM. If you do not have a directed ticket lined up, please be ready to purchase a general ticket on May 6th at 2 PM to ensure you have the best chance of securing a ticket.

Travel Grants for projects headed to Otherworld are now open and close on the 31st of March.

Dear friends and members, lend us your eyeballs!

We bid farewell to Fiscal 2022 and celebrate our New Fiscal Year at this year's online Annual General Meeting on Sunday, November 6th at 4:00PM PST. The agenda and links to join are on our website.

If you filled out and submitted a membership registration form after Otherworld, you are a member in good standing and are eligible to vote at the AGM and stand for election to the Board of Directors. You can nominate yourself for election during the AGM, or nominate someone else with their prior consent.

Voting at the AGM will be by a show of hands, or an affirmation in the chat window, or by secret online ballot, as directed by the chair. As in previous years, we will be using Simply Voting software. It's very easy to use! Check the comment below for a tutorial video.

You will receive your Elector Credentials and ballots when you join the AGM, as absentee ballots are not permitted by our bylaws.
