The theme for Mental Health Week is , a reminder that healing happens in connection, with our communities, our peers, ourselves, and each other. At MHRP SI, coming together means creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Through our free programs and services, including our drop-in support groups, we offer meaningful opportunities for connection, understanding, and healing, all rooted in compassion and shared experience.

Because when we come together, we build stronger, more compassionate communities where no one has to face mental health challenges alone.

Our peer-led, drop-in support groups:

HOPE & RECOVERY (Mondays 2pm-3:30pm)
PRISM (1st & 3rd Wednesdays 5:30pm-7:00pm)
WOMEN’S SUPPORT CIRCLE (2nd & 4th Wednesdays 5:30pm-7:00pm)
SPOUSES & PARTNERS SUPPORT GROUP (1st Thursday of each month 5:30pm-7:00pm)
FRIENDS & FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP (2nd & 4th Thursdays 5:00pm-6:30pm)
MEN'S SOCIAL CIRCLE (1st & 3rd Fridays 4:30pm-6:00pm)

Visit mhrp.ca/programs-and-services to see each group’s description.
