Indigenous Walk Of Fame A page dedicated to the creation of the Indigenous Walk of Fame in Victoria BC Canada.

On November 9, 2017, the first step in the creation of the Indigenous Walk of Fame in Victoria BC is closer. With a presentation to City Council and Mayor Helps, a decision was made by council to approve this exciting project forward in principal. With the support of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations, we have now provided a complete starting proposal to build the foundation for the future success

of this ongoing project. Founded by Steve Sxwithul'txw from the Penelakut Tribe, his vision focused on acknowledging and honouring our Indigenous talent across Turtle Island who we believe deserve recognition as this international level for the Indigenous Walk of Fame.
