India Canada Cultural Association - Victoria India Canada Cultural Association represents Indian community at large & organizes various socio-cultural activities/events throughout the year.

India Canada Cultural Association is based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Victoria is a picturesque, vibrant community at the foot of Vancouver Island. Some of the first Indians who immigrated to Canada in late nineteenth and early twentieth century landed on this beautiful island and prospered. As the Indian community increased in numbers and started feeling at home, they organized themse

lves in social and cultural network. Thus, this great Association came into existence in early 1960’s and has been flourishing since then and has contributed immensely to the growth of the members as well as to the welfare of community at large. We have come a long way and the Association is more than 50 years young. It is the face of Indian community and participates in all major festivals and celebrations in and around the city of Victoria such as, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Saanich fair, and integrates with other similar organizations and promotes inter-cultural affinity. Our membership is open all year round for the benefit of new and prospective members. We support various worthy causes at local, national, and international levels by physical (volunteering) and financial support through donations. We look forward to the expansion of this great association with your future support.

It is with a heavy heart we are writing to acknowledge the incident that occurred in the small, close-knit community of Tumbler Ridge in the Peace region. At ICCA Victoria we are all heartbroken hearing the devastating news from the town of Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia.

We are thinking of the staff, students, and families of Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, and everyone in the community who is impacted. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, and with the educators, school staff, and parents across BC as we grapple with this tragedy.

We are also filled with gratitude for the selfless work of first responders, healthcare workers, community workers, and front-line responders who are providing comfort and support to those affected. To everyone affected, please know that ICCA members are thinking of you and we stand in solidarity with the Tumbler Ridge community.🙏🕯️
