BCCA Integrating Newcomers BCCA-IN is a FREE, Canada-wide, pre-arrival career support service for newcomers to the Canadian construction industry.

We provide 1-on-1 online career coaching; skills, education & credentials assessments; referrals; settlement supports; and job leads. Our program is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. We are headquartered in Victoria, BC with staff providing services to clients and construction employers all across Canada.
