URGENT: LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE ON ELECTORAL REFORM - MAKING RIGGING LEGAL - Submissions for comment regarding the BC 2024 Election deadline is December 18th. Our Election Integrity Citizen on X has spent almost every day for a year itemizing the Election Violations and potential Fraud.
He is now taking it to Judicial Review BUT the Legislature is pushing the CEO Anton Boegmans Recommendations - Which will restructure and automate (no audit trail) future elections.
Here is the latest update of 100s he has posted.

*** BC Policy Changes May Compromise Ballot Secrecy ***

The Issue: Electronic Vote-Counting Machines create digital data trails—timestamps, locations, batch numbers, and tabulator IDs—that can track when and where voters cast ballots. Combined with E-pollbooks, these systems allow political parties to potentially identify individual voting patterns.

Compounding Factors:
1. Fully automated result uploads (per CEO's May 27th report)

2. Advanced voting creates unofficial results 2-3 days before election night

3. 98% of scanned ballots receive no scrutineering

4. Auto-registration of all eligible BC residents (opt-out only)

5. New voting eligibility for permanent residents and teenagers

The Risk: An influx of auto-registered voters—many unaware of their registration status—coupled with automated systems that track voting activity, could undermine ballot secrecy. Voters may not even know they're registered or that their voting behavior is being monitored.
