Homelessness is a created issue. By design.
But the government wants to blame the individual and never the system. Instead of spending the money to fix it and create a permanent infrastructure they found ways to generate wealth from it and pocket it all. Victoria BC is the master at this program.

This is what almost every CEO of every non profit is doing in BC. It is a snakepit of elite, freemason, royal family, government pieces of sh** that use homelessness as a method to generate millions and to use the non profit as a way to launder money and evade taxes.
