Hi Parents and Scouters

If you have not yet done so, please renew your children ASAP for next season. It is only 197$ to renew your current membership for the entire next year. After June 1 it will go back up to $297.

To get the $100 discount you have only today left.

Spring is fast approaching and that means that many of our youth will be advancing from their current Section to the next. Now is a great time to do some shopping and ensure that your youth has the uniform appropriate for their new Section!!! I have set up a Group Order with the ScoutShop.ca. If you order online through this link, your order will be added to the Group's order and (once we reach $500 in sales) no shipping fees will be charged.

Hi there 7th Juan de Fuca family.

This is a reminder about our Bottle Drive tomorrow morning. We're meeting at the empty lot next to the CANEX in Belmont Park at around 9:30am. We'll need help sorting, counting, door-knockers, on-street supervisors, drivers (with large vehicles!) and all sorts of other things. Come out and lend your hand to make it light work for everyone!!

Our ongoing effort to ensure that we have great quality program at an affordable price means that we need to continue to ask for the support from our community!! Regular fundraising efforts help to pay for training for our Scouters, subsidies for our programs, rental fees for our meeting places and storage facilities, and equipment for to use in our activities. None of this is possible without the help of the whole 7th Juan de Fuca family! Youth, Scouters, and parents all have a hand in helping to ensure that these efforts are successful!

The Vimy Ridge Candle Light Tribute is happening this Thursday @ 7:15 pm. We will march in Parade starting at the Langford Legion on Station road to Veterans Memorial Park for a short ceremony. If your child is able to join please make sure to sign up on Scouts Tracker and be at the Legion no later than 7 pm. Light refreshments will be provided after the Tribute at the Langford Legion.

Our Group has had a Group Order open at the ScoutShop.ca since just after Christmas, but I don't think it was promoted out to the membership.
