Let's break the stigma, start honest conversations, get real facts and look out for each other. A simple check-in can make a real difference.

Thank You, Village Of Lumby ! 💙

Foundry North Okanagan would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Village of Lumby for their generous donation and commitment to supporting youth and families across our region.

The support of communities throughout the North Okanagan is incredibly important. When municipalities like Lumby invest in Foundry, they help ensure that young people, no matter where they live, have access to the mental health, wellness, substance use, primary care, and social services they need to thrive.

This contribution is more than a donation. It is an investment in the health and well-being of local youth and their families. As Foundry North Okanagan grows, Lumby residents will benefit from increased access to integrated services, resources, and supports designed to meet young people where they are and help them navigate life's challenges.

We know that strong communities are built when young people feel supported, connected, and hopeful about their future. We are grateful to the Village of Lumby for recognizing the importance of this work and for helping make these services more accessible across the North Okanagan.

Together, we are building a healthier future for youth and families throughout our region. Every contribution brings us one step closer to opening the doors of Foundry North Okanagan and creating a clear pathway to wellness for young people and their families.

Every ticket to UNLOCKED helps fund the work we do. On Thursday, September 17 at the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre, Andrew Allen (multi-platinum recording artist), Aaron Volpatti (former NHL player and cognitive performance coach), and Mike Shaw (former pro skier and Registered Clinical Counsellor) take the stage for a night of real talk, live music, and honest conversation about mental health.
100% of ticket sales are split between Men's Shed Vernon, Vernon She Shed Society, and Foundry North Okanagan, the three organizations this event supports. Every seat filled is a direct investment in connection, skill-building, and youth mental health care right here in the North Okanagan.
Come for the music and the conversation. Stay because you helped make it happen.

💚 While we eagerly await the opening of Foundry North Okanagan, youth in our community need support now.

That's why we're proud to support Linsey and Kristin as they take on the 9th Annual Stand Up For Charity Paddle on August 29, paddling the length of Kalamalka Lake to raise $30,000 for the Youth Integrated Services Hub (YISH)

YISH helping young people navigate challenges with their mental health, relationships, housing, food security, and overall well-being. In recent weeks, YISH has also been a vital resource for youth and families experiencing stress, anxiety, and uncertainty related to wildfire evacuations and recovery.

Every dollar raised helps ensure local youth continue to have access to the care, connection, and support they need during difficult times.

Join us in supporting youth across the North Okanagan and helping make this their biggest year yet. 💚
