Did you know that CPF collects receipts from Nature’s Fare? They are a major supporter for our local CPF! Please keep your receipts over the summer and drop them off in September to the envelope across the hall from the office!

They also have a Co-Op number, when you fill up or shop at Co-op or Arc, quote #81907!

Vice-President
(a) support the president
(b) assume the duties of the president in the president’s absence or upon request
(c) assist the president in the performance of his or her duties
(d) accept extra duties as required
(e) be a signing officer
(f) submit an annual report

Social Media and Communications Representatives
(a) prepare and distribute news and updates to the BPAC newsletters, bulletins, and approved social media platforms for informational purposes �(b) arrange guest speakers and workshops that are of interest to parents
(c) distribute DPAC news and updates to all informational platforms for parents' knowledge �(d) design and print flyers, posters and other marketing items for BPAC events

Thank you so much to all of the parents that brought in delicious food for Beairsto Staff Appreciation this week! A huge shoutout of thanks to Nature's Fare Vernon for donating granola and yogurt as well as Starbucks Village Green mall location for donating a Cambro of coffee. A gigantic thank you to the wonderful PAC volunteers that gave their time to show our staff how much we value and appreciate them. We have a wonderful school community and are so thankful for each of you. We have the best staff in the district and we hope they know how deeply they are loved. Have a great long weekend!

There are still plenty of spots left to full! Help us show the staff how much we appreciate them! This is an easy yet impactful way to contribute to our school community. All you have to do is drop something off in the staff room the morning of the date chosen and we will do the rest.
