On March 25, 2026, at the Paro College of Education in Bhutan, over 20 volunteers from countries including China, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Italy, and the United States came together with more than 180 local students from the college.

Their joint effort—creating a chain of 11,373 envelopes—successfully set a new Guinness World Record by creating the world’s longest chain of envelopes.

The moment is truly auspicious, and the weather is ideal for this outdoor event. Around 180 volunteers from Bhutan and abroad have collaborated to make the challenge a success. When the judge from Australia declared our achievement through streaming video, confirming that we had broken the world record, our enthusiasm was boundless. (Our new record is 11,373 envelopes with blessing messages)

A team of volunteers hailing from Australia, Canada, China, Malaysia, Italy, and the USA have joined forces to accomplish a unified goal: Pay it forward. They are ready to take on a challenge for the Guinness World Records, which was first created in Toronto in 2015. This will mark the fifth time.

We are preparing to organize the 5th Heart Chorus Global Initiative, which will take place in Paro, Bhutan in 2026.

Previous gatherings of the Heart Chorus Global Initiative have been held in different cities around the world:
• 1st – Toronto, Canada (2015)
• 2nd – Hangzhou, China (2015)
• 3rd – Sydney, Australia (2017)
• 4th – Shenzhen, China (2022)

The upcoming 5th edition will continue this global journey, bringing participants together in Paro, Bhutan in 2026. 🌏🎶
