Happy to be helping VCS for 3rd year with this event. And this year my son is going on the Missions Trip to Mexico! VCS is not only really involved with helping Vernon Community but they help build these houses in Mexico every year. VCS is building future Vernon leaders that learn the value of service as part of their schooling.

VERNON—Join us for the Caetani Centre’s new 2025 fundraising event, the Caetani Splash - Return to Rome on Thursday, August 14th, 2025 from 5:30-9:00 pm (gates open at 5:00 pm). The event is scheduled to take place on the beautiful grounds of the Caetani Centre, though an alternative indoor venue will be made available in case of smoke or inclement weather.

We’re excited to host this fundraiser as a way to support the Caetani Centre’s exciting announcement that Sveva’s life and art will be a part of an international exhibition at the MAXXI Museum in Sveva’s birthplace of Rome, Italy this fall. This year’s theme, Return to Rome, pays homage to this once-in-a lifetime event and the theme colour will be that of the Italian flag –red, white, and green– and you can interpret that anyway you wish.

As a way to acknowledge our benefactor’s Italian and artistic roots, the Splash will feature:
- An Aperol and Appies reception
- Live entertainment
- A sit-down, family-style pasta dinner (with gluten-free and vegetarian options)
- A delicious dessert and aperitif toast
- Silent art auction
- Live art auction

Tickets are $150 per person (half-tables of 8 are also available). Tickets can be purchased at the Caetani Centre during office hours, Tuesdays to Saturday 10 am to 4 pm or online at Showpass - https://www.showpass.com/caetani-splash-2025/
