Vernon Sea and Navy League Cadets

Vernon Sea and Navy League Cadets The Navy League of Canada has a presence in over 260 Canadian communities. Our youth programs benefit 15,000 young Canadians every year.

We are a not-for-profit orginization aimed at teaching youth leadership, community, citizenship and physical activity. Fun activites include: Biathlon, marksmanship, seamanship, band, sailing, Drill and ceremony, First Aid and much more. Cadets have the opportunity to attend camp for 2-8 weeks depending on age and rank and get paid for their time there. Cadets can join up at any time. Navy League

meets Wednesday nights and is for youth ages 9-12 please email [email protected] for more details. Sea Cadets meets Tuesday nights at 1280 Mission rd and is for youth ages 12-19. For more information please email [email protected].

NLCC 69 OKANAGAN would like to thank all the parents and volunteers involved through out this year with out you all this would not be possible.

Further more the staff Cadets that help with drill and all the lessons this year thank you. You are why these amazing young kids love Cadets.

To the officers thank you. For all the hard work you have put in to making all the events possible for the kids such as rock climbing tag days parades silver star first aid etc... with out you planning on those events this wouldn't be possible.

To end on a good note congratulations to the cadets who got there promotions and there awards badges you all worked very hard this year and continue to do so.
