The Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) Liaison Officer Service provides free educational support to small businesses and self-employed individuals. This includes complimentary seminars and webinars for those who are starting a business, as well as existing business owners and self-employed taxpayers.

In addition to group presentations, the Liaison Officer Service offers free one-on-one meetings with a liaison officer, available by telephone or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
