J. Academy Camp

We had an amazing time at our annual J. Academy Camp Family Shabbaton at beautiful Camp Northland-B'nai Brith! 🌟 The weekend highlighted the unique spirit and resilience of our community. It was inspiring to see everyone come together, celebrate Shabbat, enjoy all the different activities, make new connections and gather life-long memories! We are so grateful for the chance to witness such strength and unity. Here are a few highlights from the event. Looking forward to more moments like these! Shabbat Shalom!

Last weekend we hosted the largest J. Academy family Shabbaton with over 40 Jewish Russian-speaking families. Together we got to celebrate Shabbat, participate in workshops, enjoy the beautiful outdoors and connect with our families and our community! It was so special to see families -of all different ages and levels of
community involvement -come together to create beautiful memories and Jewish
connections!

Thank you to Camp Northland-B'nai Brith for being our partner through this journey and to UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and Genesis Philanthropy Group for their generous support in order to bring this project to life! Special thank you to JIAS Toronto - It was an honour to host 4 new comer families as part of the Shabbaton!
