As the year comes to an end, we want to take a moment to thank every single person who has supported, volunteered, donated, and shown up for our community 🤍

Langar Day is a reminder of what truly matters - seva, unity, and feeding everyone with love, no matter who they are. It’s more than just a meal, it’s about coming together, giving back, and lifting each other up.

We’re so grateful to be part of a community that continues to show kindness, compassion, and selfless service every day. None of this would be possible without you.

Here’s to ending the year with gratitude and starting the next with even more love and seva 🙏✨

It’s election time!

Join us at the general meeting on Thursday March 26th at 6:30 PM and let your voice be heard! Share your opinions, reviews, and ideas about SSA as we come together for a collaborative and enriching session. We would love to hear your innovative ideas to share the message of Sikhi and empower other students on campus. Your input matters!

You will also get the opportunity to hear from execs running in elections ahead of the ballot opening, which will be right after the meeting. All are welcome to attend, but only membership paying members will be allowed to vote.

Langar Day, our largest event of the year, is back! ✨ Bring your friends, grab a plate, and be part of an amazing day of seva and sangat.

Langar, or communal kitchen, holds a central place in Sikh religious thought and practices. Started by Guru Nanak Dev Ji over 500 years ago, Langar conveys a powerful message of equality and oneness, removing barriers of colour, caste, community, gender, or status. Everyone is welcomed to partake in Langar and treated with the same respect, instilling values of humble acceptance and gratitude.

Join us for this special occasion on March 18 in the Lower Atrium of the Nest, from 11am until supplies last. We can’t wait to share this special day with you all! ✨
