With our first winter of public launch coming to and end (depending on the trusty weather dartboard!), we're thrilled to have grown to over 350 new users across 75 cities. That's 7 provinces in Canada!!

This is HUGE! We never imagined so many communities would be so receptive so quickly. Thank you for making this such a success! We hope each and every community enjoys the new option for an old youth entrepreneurship tradition.

App updates:
-> Stay tuned for the highly requested youth summer mowing app that's nearly ready! Have fun trying to guess the upcoming fun app name thought up by my awesome son🥰

-> iOS is still in the works, but will be a bit longer as the summer version gets finished up. We'll be adding an AppStore link to pre-register with iOS shortly!

Here's a quick graphic of the regions that started using ShovelHero since our January 9th launch!

Over 250 new users across Canada in 30 days!! This was MUCH bigger than expected for our public launch. Welcome all new youth, Guardian, neighbors, and community members!!

Everything looks to be working well with lots of happy users. 2 minor updates completed over the week (account linking search bar is now visible across all devices, and addresses searches are now more robust).

Thank you all so much for the support and kind words. I'm blown away! Please feel free to share your shoveling stories and testimonials, if you feel comfortable.

Our first skeptic! Thank you Meta team for quickly verifying ShovelHero and confirming our app. 🥰

(Totally understandable - who offers a real way to make actual money these days??!)

In case anyone was wondering if ShovelHero is "real", please feel free to check out the app OR request a personal demo. It was time someone made a proper way for kids to engage their community and be celebrated - we got tired of waiting for someone else to do it. Yes, the payouts are absolutely real for all completed jobs at the exact price listed on the job. You can screenshot this and bank on it!

No ads, a single low flat fee added to customer orders (to keep the app running), no subscriptions, always free to download and signup.

Built for a tough customer BY a tough customer.
