Carnegie Centre Kitchen The Carnegie Centre Kitchen located in the DTES, strives to meet the dietary needs of the community with healthy, fresh and seasonal foods.

The Carnegie Centre Kitchen welcomes the range of skills and community input that volunteers bring to the delivery of service, and recognize it as integral to the ongoing development of our kitchen. The Kitchen is always looking for volunteers! We depend on this help to keep everything running smoothly in such a busy kitchen. e in DTES of Vancouver, BC. The center is open 365 days per year, and the kitchen serves a minimum of 3 meals everyday. That means the kitchen makes over 100,000 meals a year- so we can always use the volunteer help! How to VOLUNTEER:
VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION HAPPENS EVERY
MONDAY & SATURDAY AT 2:30PM
CARNEGIE CENTRE (401 Main + Hastings) 3rd FLOOR

Planning to attend? CALL: 604-665-2220 in the morning to make sure the orientation has not been cancelled. We’ll take you on a tour of the building so you can see what positions are available, and learn about how things work here at Carnegie. Can’t make it at those times? Just call to make other arrangements.
