When CUPE ripped up the CIRB order, they showed the strength and courage that every worker deserves to have behind them. The government can try to silence us, but solidarity makes us stronger. An attack on one union is an attack on all — and together, we will fight back.

Workers fought and won the right to strike in this country — and no government should take that away.

When the federal government forces workers back instead of forcing employers to bargain fairly, it undermines every worker’s rights.

I stand in full solidarity with CUPE flight attendants. Their fight is our fight — because if they can silence one group of workers, they can silence us all.

As Ontario Regional Director, I will never accept governments or corporations trampling on collective bargaining. I’ll fight to make sure our rights are not only defended — but strengthened.

I’ve never been the type to quietly follow the herd.
I speak up when it’s uncomfortable.
I challenge the status quo when it needs to change.
And yes — that’s made me the “black sheep” more than once.

But here’s the thing about black sheep:
We’re visible.
We’re memorable.
We refuse to blend in when something’s wrong.

Being the black sheep means I won’t rubber-stamp bad decisions, stay silent in the face of injustice, or go along just to get along.
It means I’ll always put our members first — and I’ll never trade their needs for convenience or comfort.

If you want someone who will always follow the flock, I’m not your choice.
If you want someone who will fight for YOU with everything I’ve got, then I’m proud to be your black sheep.

Unifor is strongest when we are loud, united, and unshakable.
Lately, we’ve been too quiet. Too slow. Too divided.
And every time that happens, employers win.

I’m running to change that.
I’m running to bring back a union that stands shoulder to shoulder, ready to move the second our members are under attack.
A union that makes employers think twice before pushing back on us.
A union that wins — not because we hope for the best, but because we fight for it.

It’s time to stand up, speak out, and fight like our jobs, wages, and future depend on it — because they do.

I love the history, the victories, and the way we’ve stood shoulder-to-shoulder through every challenge. I love knowing that no matter how big the fight, I’m not in it alone.

But somewhere along the way, we’ve drifted from what made us strong—our sense of family. A union isn’t just contracts and committees. It’s people. It’s solidarity. It’s that unshakable belief that when one of us is under attack, all of us are under attack.

It’s time to get back to that. Back to looking out for one another. Back to standing up for each other without hesitation. Back to building the kind of unity that can’t be broken by politics, power plays, or outside pressures.

When we come together as a union family, we win. We protect jobs, we raise standards, and we make life better—not just for ourselves, but for every worker who comes after us.

This isn’t just my union—it’s my family. And I’ll fight like hell to protect it.

I’ve always believed leadership is about building bridges — not walls.
Ontario’s workers face big challenges, and the only way we meet them is by bringing every voice to the table.

I’m prepared to work with every leader in our union — in every region and every sector — to find solutions that put members first.
Disagreements will happen, but respect and collaboration will move us forward.

This campaign isn’t about “us” and “them.”
It’s about all of us — working together to win for our members.

Ontario doesn’t need more polished speeches or empty promises. It needs a leader who tells the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable—and does the work, even when it’s tough.

I’ve never been afraid to ask hard questions or challenge decisions that don’t put members first. I believe in transparency, accountability, and action—not politics or personal agendas.

Members across this province are tired of being overlooked. I hear you. I see you. And I’m stepping up to make sure your voice is not just heard—but respected.

This isn’t about titles or tradition.
It’s about building real strength, sector by sector, local by local.

If you want business as usual, I’m not your candidate.
If you want change you can feel on the ground—I’m ready to lead

Ontario is the largest region in Unifor — but today, we don’t have a voice.

We represent the most members. We drive the Canadian economy. We are at the frontlines of every fight — from manufacturing to healthcare, education to energy, auto to telco.

And yet, when decisions are made, Ontario too often gets left behind.

That ends with me.

Ontario doesn’t need more slogans. We need leadership that shows up, speaks up, and delivers.
• I will fight for real investment in our sectors.
• I will push for contracts that raise the floor — not race to the bottom.
• I will defend public services and protect every job under threat.
• And I will be a voice for every member — from Windsor to Ottawa, North Bay to Niagara.

Ontario is ready to lead. And I’m ready to deliver.

I was proud to stand on the picket line today with Unifor members at Toromont in Bradford.

These workers are fighting for their first contract—fair wages, fair treatment, and the respect they’ve earned.

Solidarity doesn’t waver—and neither will we.
Let’s keep the pressure on until Toromont does the right thing.

I’ve been told I should tone it down.
Be more agreeable.
Stay in my lane.

But let me be clear:
I’m not here to protect egos.
I’m here to protect members.

In Ontario, workers are under pressure like never before.
Wages are stagnant.
Benefits are shrinking.
Employers are getting bolder — and too many union leaders are getting quieter.

That ends with me.

I ask the hard questions.
I challenge decisions that don’t make sense.
I call it out when the game is rigged.

If that makes me “too much” for some people?
Good.

Because Ontario doesn’t need more silence.
Ontario needs fire.

And I’m not here to keep the peace.
I’m here to keep it real.

“Too much? Good.”
