As we gather around the Seder table this Passover, we retell the story of our people’s journey from slavery to freedom. It is a story not only of physical liberation, but of dignity restored, hope renewed, and the courage to begin again.
In every generation, we are instructed to see ourselves as though we personally left Egypt. Here in Canada, we are fortunate to live in freedom and peace. Yet even within that, many in our community face financial hardship that can feel impossible to break free from, restricting both choice and opportunity.
At HFLA, we work to help change that by providing the support, trust, and practical pathways that allow individuals and families to move forward toward financial freedom and renewed possibility.
