The Gift of Sleep
Sleepless nights have been cured by the creation of Postpartum Doulas. They are the so, so very trained women, whom we invite into our homes to guide us at night with this new little baby. Let’s give back to them by making sure every doula gets her rest after bringing peace to so many homes.
A simple way to give a doula a rest is to pay her rent. Together, we can all help to provide shelter for the night owls that provide a full night’s rest for new mothers and their babies.
