Out for Kicks Soccer Club - OFK Out for Kicks is Vancouver's 288-member strong LGBTQ2+ inclusive soccer society, offering co-ed recreational soccer year round to the community.

Out for Kicks (OFK) is a Vancouver-based soccer club with over 250 members. Our mandate is to facilitate a safe, fun and recreational environment for LGBTQ players and their gay-friendly team mates to enjoy the game of soccer. OFK believes in inclusiveness and diversity. We strive to reduce the barriers that have kept many q***r people out of team sports. Our summer outdoor league teams are all co

-ed, and we welcome players from all ages, genders and races. We match seasoned veterans with members who may never have played a team sport before. The culture is welcoming and supportive. Our summer outdoor league consists of multiple teams that participate in skills development sessions and intra-league games and an end of season championship. Our outdoor soccer season begins in April and runs through September. During the fall and winter, we offer casual indoor soccer scrimmages to help players stay in practice. OFK Friday is about to get Freaky!

Our first Monthly Mixer of the season lands May 8th from 7:30pm–2am at , and we’re channeling full body-swap chaos and mixed-up mayhem.

One minute you’re leaving the pitch… the next you’re in someone else’s shoes (and maybe their jersey).

Theme ideas:
• Grab a partner and dress like one another
• Dress like someone in the league
• Dress like a celebrity
• Give us mother/daughter duo energy if you dare 🥠

Dressing up is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged. Because yes — there will be a runway, plus Prizes and coveted Pride Points™️ up for grabs for those committed to the bit.

Either way, it’ll be a night to stay hydrated… you don’t want to wake up looking like the Cryptkeeper!

RETURNING PLAYERS REGISTRATION:
WHEN: FEBRUARY 25 at 7PM

*You’re a returning player if you played in either the 2025 Outdoor, 2025 Fall Indoor, or 2026 Winter Indoor leagues.

NEW PLAYERS / GENERAL REGISTRATION:
WHEN: MARCH 4 at 7PM

All skill levels welcome—no experience needed! If you’re looking for community, movement, laughter, and summer fun, this is your league!

💵 Registration costs $200. Credit Card and E-Transfer accepted.
📅 Season runs between April 17 - August 28

WHEN: Sundays, Jan 4 – Mar 29
WHERE: 6501 Sprott Street, Burnaby

What to expect:
• Sunday Funday Soccer — every week from 12pm–3pm
• 7 vs 7 — fast, high-paced, competitive soccer on turf
• New teams formed each week — meet and play with lots of folks
• Lots of playtime — depending on numbers, you may play 1–3 games each afternoon

$110 for the season
No games on Feb 8
Season starts: Jan 4
Season ends: Mar 29
