Coast Cards is a new social enterprise within Enactus SFU, currently in its early development stage. The program strives to employ people who have overcome addiction to upcycle used coasters from local restaurant into handmade greeting cards. The coasters are collected and blended with a combination of recycled paper and organic material, where they are then crafted and sold to small businesses in

the community. Coast Cards’ mission is to limit the amount of waste entering our landfills, while giving individuals transitional employment opportunities
