Always an adventure, we’ve made some memorable trips to shows over the years. Our friends at the theatre save us matinee seats and are always the most gracious hosts. We’re grateful for the space and generosity that this little theatre has afforded us. Even as they move into a new season and out of their building, we look forward to celebrating the new doors that will open in the future.

Mama Liz, a delight as always. Cornelius with yet another interesting hat and a fun tale to go with it.
A long hospital stay with Rob/Bobby included a wide community of friends visiting and Star Wars marathons. Florence, with her wisdom and generosity - as only Flo can be. Peter bringing joy with him. Jay, numbers extraordinaire. Helping friends move with Jack and then helping Jack move with friends. Adam and Rachel, friendship in style. Laura and Delores, gracious friends. Tanya & Louise, making room for everyone around them - an underrated gift. Christopher Sundby, pavlova, pasta and potato champ. Friends remembering friends. Teresa - capturing joy and encouragement. The Tim! George with the tallest jenga tower. Mayor Ping after hip replacement surgery getting better soon! All the best parts of a year! Monday Game Night’s! We’re a close knit group of friends that have consistently been playing together for more than a few years. Each Monday we welcome new friends and a visitor or two. This year we said goodbye to good friends who moved away including Bev & Greg, Jérome & Noéme and Phil & Clarisse (though once a part of games night, you’re always one of the crew) We love having all the kids that have joined us this year! Jay introduced us to fasttrack which has become a quick favourite. We’ve visited each over in hospital, been guests at Louise & Ben’s wedding, laughed out loud, sung along to classic rock, and seen Jay win more games than anyone.

Looking back on the year starting with sneak peek highlight of community meals. We eat well at the Well! Thanks in large part to friends at and the who help supply our staples and perishable foods. Every week is a cooking challenge as we combine surprise ingredients to create a well balanced meal together with friends who come early to help prep. Food isn’t our primary purpose but so much of our community and friendship happens around crowded tables and delicious food. While we are always scrappy and lean on communal ingenuity to make these meals, we could use your support through year end giving to extend our growing table.
