Seniors (55+) can access our Social Prescribing Program to co-develop and implement a wellness action plan based on your needs and goals, and be connected to local support.

CNH's Social Prescribing Program is a structured way of bridging between health and social services for folks aged 55+ in the Renfrew-Collingwood to local, non-clinical services to holistically address their needs.

By working one-on-one with our Community Connectors, seniors can co-develop and implement a wellness action plan based on their needs and goals and by connecting them to local supports.

To learn more about this program, call the Seniors team at 604-435-0375.

Thank you for an unforgettable night! It’s hard to believe that our 40th Anniversary Gala was only a few weeks ago—we’re still reliving the magic through these photos!

The room was filled with an energy that reminded us why connections and community matter. We're deeply grateful to everyone for making our Gala very special--from our incredible host Francis Arevalo, to our wonderful artists The Browniez and Krystle Dos Santos, our hardworking board, staff and volunteers, and of course, you--the audience.

Our gratitude also goes out to our sponsors, who helped make our milestone gala possible:
Our presenter Darick Construction
Our food sponsor Robert Bosa Foundation
Our entertainment and community sponsors CUPE BC, Stephen and Viola Forberg, Pace Accounting, Collingwood Physiotherapy, JAMS Janitorial and Maintenance Services, Collingwood Business Improvement Association, Mercury Technology Services, Aon Solutions, and our countless anonymous community donors

Through your support, we were able to raise over $45,000, which will go a long way in ensuring that Collingwood Neighbourhood House can keep providing essential services to the Renfrew-Collingwood community.

Thank you for being part of such a special night! If you would like to continue supporting our work at Collingwood Neighbourhood House, you can make a donation through our CanadaHelps page at: https://www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/collingwood-neighbourhood-house-society/
