Maintaining a consistent morning routine can help to decrease stress, improve productivity, and boost energy levels. A routine allows you to feel more in control and starting off the day well may put you in a better mood for the remainder of the day.

Creating a routine can be hard; it can take a few weeks to a couple months to form a habit. Be gentle with yourself. In the long run, having a consistent morning routine can make you happier.
