Spring Bling Picnic last Tuesday was a blast! We celebrated the volunteers who generously give their time to the chorus and help make everything possible. We also enjoyed special performances by the quartets Four on the Floor and Machu Pitches. We went home with full tummies and hearts full of love! 💛🎶

Please note that tonight’s rehearsal is closed for our annual “Spring Bling.” We’ll be spending the night celebrating member achievements and recognizing the incredible volunteers who help make our chorus possible. We look forward to having all of our guests join us again next week as we continue working on new music!

Tonight is our first rehearsal back together since contest, and we can’t wait to celebrate, sing, laugh, and relive an unforgettable weekend with our chorus family ❤️

We’re taking one more breather this week, so no rehearsal on Tuesday, May 12th. We can’t wait to be back together next Tuesday, May 19th to celebrate our Regional win… and we might just have a little something new up our sleeves 🎶

What a weekend! We are beyond excited to be the 2026 Region 26 Chorus Champions! 🏆

This weekend was full of so many highlights, unforgettable moments, incredible music, and the best people. We loved every second of performing, cheering on our quartets, celebrating with our Region 26 family, and making memories together both on and off the stage.

We are especially proud of all of our 21 new members who crossed the regional stage for the very first time. You made this weekend even more special, and we are so proud to have you with us.

Huge congratulations to every quartet, chorus, and individual who crossed the stage. We loved getting to spend the weekend with all of you! 💜

What a fantastic first night in Edmonton! The excitement in Region 26 is already electric, and we are so thrilled to be here for an unforgettable weekend of music and friendship. Today is all about quartets, and we cannot wait to cheer our hearts out for an incredible lineup of talent taking the stage. We are especially excited to be cheering on the quartets representing our chorus as they step into the spotlight today. The pride is behind you every step of the way, and we cannot wait to see you shine on stage!

Final rehearsal done and Regionals is almost here, so we had a little rah rah to celebrate!

We’re cheering on all our choruses and quartets as they prepare and begin traveling today to Edmonton. A special shoutout to our members attending Regionals for the first time—what an exciting milestone. ✨

Introducing contestant #20, Taxi! 🎉
Taxi! is made up of Terri (Lead), Janine (Bass), Ursula (Baritone), and Amy (Tenor), a quartet brought together through a mix of great instincts, good timing, and a little encouragement from their director.
They have been singing together for two years after first coming together at the 2024 Regional contest. What started as a spontaneous moment singing together at the hotel bar quickly turned into something more, and the rest is history. Since then, they have already competed once and are excited to be back on the regional stage for their second year.
Taxi! is all about connection and storytelling. While they love a ringing chord, their goal is to make you laugh, smile, shiver, and maybe even cry by bringing their full personality and charisma to every performance. Even their name has a story, finally clicking into place after a moment at Harmony Hollow when one shout of “Taxi!” had everyone running and sealed the deal.
And while they may have a pre-performance tradition that helped them last year, you will have to track them down at contest to find out what it is. 👀
